In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top theme park apps on the Android platform in Germany showcased diverse trends in downloads and weekly active users. These insights are based on data from Sensor Tower.

Karls maintained a consistent download rate at the start of the quarter, peaking at around 4.7K in early October. However, a noticeable decline followed, with downloads dropping to approximately 750 by mid-December, before a slight rebound to 2.5K in the week of December 23. Active users started at 12.9K, saw a dip to 1.4K in early December, and then rose to 4.9K by the end of the quarter.

Disneyland® Paris experienced a gradual decrease in weekly downloads from 6.5K in late September to a low of 678 in early December. However, downloads picked up again to 2.2K by the end of the year. The app's active users also decreased from 20.5K at the quarter's start to 10.2K by the last week of December.

Phantasialand saw an interesting trend with downloads starting at 1.7K, dropping to a low of 504, and then climbing to a peak of 3.5K in late December. Active users followed a more stable upward trajectory, beginning at 4.2K and rising to over 8K by the end of December.

Europa-Park & Rulantica had a fluctuating download pattern, beginning with 3.5K and decreasing to 941 in early December, before rebounding to 1.9K in the week of December 23. Active users showed a decline from 21.9K in late September to 13.5K by mid-December, with a slight increase to 17.5K at the quarter's end.

Heide Park Resort began the quarter with 3.5K downloads, peaked at 5.3K in mid-October, and then sharply decreased to 130 by early November. Active users also saw a decrease from 13.1K at the start to 2.4K by the end of December.
